i KNEW i had this picture somewhere in my pc, but i did not managed to find it … untill now. Picture is taken on opening day of the vw shop of a friend named “PAT” in Nivelles, quite a while ago.

This car belongs to a member from the UK-“branch” of the USA club German Folks. The German Folks is a well known Resto-Cal club that turns out lovely cars … Also this notchback is realllllly high standard.
 
resto cal = original car, lowered as in SLAMMED, shiny wheels, roofracks, options galore, very high standard!
 

Another fine example of the D-O treatment (see some posts below)(Dave Orozco), is this georgeous 1500S squareback, with red interior, 99mile deep black paint, and very nice polished 2-piece empi GT wheels (yes, the real thing-not repro’s). And of course, the US style bumpers and the Abarth auspufffff…
 
Dave always seems to put some magic in his realisations !
