I’m back from the 1.mai kafertreffen in hannover. i was quite impressed by the amount of motivated german aircoolers taht showed up. it is always funny to meet people around the showground taht you know, and live near your door at about 550km from here (you know who you are 🙂

it all started with a cruize, a diner where you couldn’t eat, because there were to many people enjoying those apparently very nice burgers i saw being served (drewl)

the show on 1.mai showed us a very nice DFL stand, very nice restored cars, several freak cars, and some oddities…

like this high roof early bay, for whom i clearly had a weak spot… lose the eyebrows (please) and your car is allll okay !

this was my stand, not too big, but it had all sweet ebi goodies available … please come by real soon on the next shows we will be attending !

in about five minuts, i leave for hannover, 1. mai käfertreffen … cyou there !

544 kms with the bugin bus, a real pleasure after a good tune up at the PAT shop !

yesterday i drove a black fiorano F599 with ceramic brakes of a friend. let me tell you this: if you want a boner while driving, and a kick in your pants while accelerating, do not hesitate, sell your house and go for this expensive italian beauty. i guess an italian woman must cost equal as much as these 650 ponies, so do not hesitate 🙂

one more nice picture with some nice scenery, blue skies, and impressive (probably really expensive) cars, before getting my lazy ass back to work !

when you don’t want to drive regularity, or in a more descend way, or manner, there is always the balade of the ING ardenne roads, you can drive on sunday. more recent and young timers are welcome, …

21st place out of 130… i think this is my best result ever driving regularity. we calculated everything and real close, but it still keeps aiming if you drive WITHOUT a tripmaster ! hahahaha i am the only fool brave enough to drive without a tripmaster ! anyway, had good times, good weather, sunny, abit rainy, but nothing the 1500 couldn’t cope with …

i quite only saw the rear of this georgeous, freshly restored and imported 275GTB…

… who was tweaking abit his georgeous collection of 6 double carburettors … not to impressive these things, once you know your 48 IDA webers … but these worked for this car … oooh yeah baby !

another car quite impressing me was this porsche abarth … posing next to my abarth exaust 🙂
