a funny situation at T3D:
“Now where did you exactly put that french cheese that you bought last week ? should have found them allready now in the square, only by “smelling” it!”

this is one picture of a series of pictures i got trough from a friend who had them from… you know the deal… but this is a special picture, or it is supposed to be a special picture, of a very early chassis number of a type three… chassisnumber 2 !!! in this time where we all know the possibilities of photoshop, one can ask himself if this picture is true or falsified?
This little story, together with the pictures, that you once will get trough, from a friends friend, who had them from a cousin of a girlfriend of his…. will be an URBAN LEGEND for the type three affectionados!
 

wellll… my first holiday is coming… time to post the last post… alltough i am only leaving wednesday morning with an airplane direction OSLO-NORWAY (checking out the norvegian california look meeting, www.cal-look.no), i will not be able to post more pix and words tomorrow.

like these guys on the picture, again on the frankfurt messe in 1961, when volkswagen launched the new volkswagen 1500, you can talk about the nice, cosy and immense interior of the volkswagen 1500 variant or SQUAREBACK !

This picture was taken, coming back from the Bug A Roo meeting in Limburg, in the year 2002. You can see me in the black T3, Dr detail, filip steenakkers in his baby blue 1966 and the pearl white car of Jean Claude Coopman, who has the first set imported BRM replica’s from Flat4 japan (about 10 years ago i think…), they once belonged to Mike (head-honcho at DAS club 😉 

Here is a picture of a French squareback that came to the volkswagen show that i organise in Ninove. Yep, the guy came all the way from France to my show, in this nice, megadropped squareback.

Seems that this skinny duud is having the time of his life in So-Cal !
