Ardenne roads 2012 was a blast … still having some trouble with making stupid mistakes tough … like buying a brand new clock to easily read the time, but not having the right time on the clock … that set us back for 120 penalty points the first 5 minutes of the first regularity test on the first day ! what a lovely way to start your day 🙂 Anyway, finishing 18th in our classic group without a tripmaster (still driving the complete rally with daycounter) with 286.8 penalty points isn’t too bad … deduct the stupid mistake for 120 points and we’re set for 9th place … that will be next year’s goal !
nice weather ! we kinda had everything, except snow 🙂 hail made us seem to be in wintertime, driving trough a white scenery was quite an experience …
our beloved 15OOS came out quite dirty, and had to wait for a nice scrubbing untill mondaymorning … car held good, but brakes need some attention now, also dampers need a checkup 🙂 100 km/hr on a dirtroad takes its toll. Keep posted for more pix in the following days/weeks …
