beware…

Before leaving for Norway, i had the URGE to work on one of the notchbacks, so i decided to go and check the white one, who is stabled with my grandmother. i got the battery charged, and started the engine in a few ticks of the starter. however i smelled a lot of fuel, so i decided to check the fuellines on the car (i did not know what to do else anyway) I was however stupefied to find a jet of fuel squirting on the engine block wiith every pump of the fuel pump. there was a hole in one of the (NEW) fuel lines! So, i was thinking, now you don’ t have to check OLD fuellines, but also NEW ones !

anyway, i am a bit of a freak when it comes to fuellines, please, check them EVERY year or season! fire is a powerfull enemy ! don’t let your sexy carbs burn !
